I came for an early morning ultrasound with Leena P. from radiology and wanted to highlight how caring and comfortable she made me feel. She made sure to explain everything to me. Make sure I understood what I needed to do and really made me feel at ease. She was wonderful!!

I was in TCU for rehabilitation and it was an amazing experience. Everyone is so loving and caring especially Barbara from rehabilitation and Rayza from recreation. Social service department needs to do better with communication and planning.

Avoid this place and consider another provider. Before the rebranding, this organization was known as CarePoint Health Hoboken University Hospital. For a basic primary care visit, I was billed twice: once for the doctor and again for a facility fee, which was more than double the cost of the visit itself. Pricing is extremely high, communication is poor, and disputing the charges was unsuccessful. I strongly recommend confirming all costs and potential fees in advance before scheduling an appointment.
